   I gave Beyond Citadel a try, really enjoy the gun mechanics in the game and the way gameplay overall feels, but can't get past the whole "mutilating cute girls" aesthetic. Anybody know any other shooters that play similarly but aren't borderline torture porn? :kanna_inspect:

     @Giganova8 yeah i played the Citadel demo and the little mechanic of "she's not dead, she's crawling around on the floor until you put her out of her misery" has an edge to it that gets me

     I don't mind gore or violence one bit, but there's something deeply uncomfortable about "hey look at this cute girl! Now watch her explode into a pile of organs or bleed out slowly on the floor!" :senko_disgust:
