   The target of AFU shelling in the Bryansk Region was a chemical plant in the town of Seltso
   Ukrainian missileers are spending the last ATACMS in the hope of hitting the Bryansk chemical plant named after the 50th anniversary of the USSR. The plant makes industrial explosives and disposes of ammunition. Ukrainian terrorists shell the plant in hopes of hitting chemical tanks and causing an ecological disaster.
