     1. Solution should be as hard as the problem to be praise/promotion worthy.
     2. All praise/promotion worthy projects should take a certain length of time, e.g., two years.

     @nixCraft How about never, ever say, 'It’s just a quick fix.' That’s basically inviting the tech gods to rain chaos on your entire day. Every 'quick fix' has a hidden rabbit hole waiting to swallow you whole.
