yeah pretty much. I had to pay $100 to get my cousin some TTRPG books and I KNOW for a fact they were cheaper ($20) years ago. I just don't buy TTRPG books anymore.

@Tactical @lonestarr @Goalkeeper @SuperSnekFriend handbooks should be around 5$ at the most, as they're a doorway to secondary products that you can then nickle and dime on and the player base won't mind because they love the game.
Imagine paying a base cost of 50$ for a shit tier incomplete book that demands you pay for other 50$ products. No wonder wotc is dying lmao
