Every year Kiwifarms hosts a secret santa where people exchange little digital gifts to and from one another (you can probably guess why addresses are not given out). One of the things we are told to do is make a likes and dislikes list for our Secret Santa to formulate a prompt from. On mine, I put two of the things I liked were Toliken and Opossums (there were obivously more) and they presented me with this amazing 14-page short story about an Opossum trying to get his cozy home back from an evil witch with a rusty kitchen knife. I usually have an issue with reading anything (im only 11 pages into Dune) but somehow this kept me engaged from start to finish and I didn't even feel like putting it down to check my notifications or anything like that.
