   does anyone know a program i can use to pipe stdout and stderr to two different files *and* one merged file at the same time. i dont really want to write it

     @mothcompute i thought for a while if this can be done with standard shell utils and i think we are missing an `eet` util which is like `tee` but it takes two streams and merges it in one. Alternative name `wye`
