   Wow, so Twitter will actually not show you anyone who hasn’t paid for Blue in its recommendation feed (which is the default, and seems to be set back to the default regularly even if you changed it manually).

   That’s not going to annoy people at all. I’m guessing we’re not going to see another spike of Mastodon users.

     @thelinuxEXP @Proximity2519 twitter is more like a stadium than a town square. Fedi honestly is more like a bunch of town squares with tubes connecting them so you can share across towns.

     @Proximity2519 It’s insane how the Musk fanboys don’t see it. There is NO free speech on Twitter. It just has switched political sides, that’s all. And all the measures Musk implements directly go against free speech and the whole « town square » thing he talked about.

     @thelinuxEXP I just find it comical that the "free speech absolutist" doesn't want anybody to see your speech unless you pay for it.

     I haven't sent any tweets in months and now my browsing time is less and less as the time goes by. Will keep checking accounts I genuinely want to follow and hope they have Mastodon accounts or other ways to view their content without going back onto Twitter.

     Can see my twitter account being deleted completely very soon.
