     @Gargron Remember to actually detach from work stuff! It is easy to get sucked back in if you aren't putting some space between you and "responsibility".

     @Gargron you gotta stop coding, unfortunately. A good decision per week will make up any coding you can do in two days. And good decisions are far easier when you aren‘t tired.
