Just sayin'.-

Why not 20 or 30? Seems much more manageable and less in need of bureaucratic structures. -
realcaseyrollins (realcaseyrollins@social.teci.world)'s status on Tuesday, 28-Mar-2023 07:43:54 JST realcaseyrollins @thatguyoverthere @sj_zero mmm well the future of homeschooling is prolly gonna look like co ops with 200 total kids. They won't be small, exactly. But there's heavy parental involvement and probably more flexibility if the co op wants to have armed guards. -
realcaseyrollins (realcaseyrollins@social.teci.world)'s status on Tuesday, 28-Mar-2023 07:57:29 JST realcaseyrollins Firstly, co ops are more scalable than government or private schools. In the co ops I know of, at least one parent of each kid must participate in the co op in some role (usually teaching a class).
Secondly, the classes can still be small if the co ops has 200 kids in it. My co op I went to as a kid had maybe 120 kids or so IIRC and had maybe 7 kids in all my classes. Scaling up, that’s probably about 12 kids per class in a 200 kid co op.

And maybe that'll be the next phase but I don't see this as the current upcoming era of homeschooling in the #USA Disinformation Purveyor :verified_think: likes this.
