Louis Condé (louisconde@poa.st)'s status on Tuesday, 28-Mar-2023 03:45:35 JST Louis Condé TLDR, this bill that claims to protect US interests from Foreign entities: allows ZOG to classify anyone they deem is a security threat, even US citizens as foreign individuals and it gives unlimited funds, unlimited hiring, no due process and is immune to FOIA. On top of it, they're saying this is about reining in Tiktok and nothing further.

MyLittleFashy (mylittlefashy@poa.st)'s status on Wednesday, 29-Mar-2023 02:05:46 JST MyLittleFashy @LouisConde I’ll have to read it in detail, but from a first impression standpoint, it won’t change a thing about how foreigners treat with American citizens, it’s already a thing for a lot of EU and Asian corporate shit, to be behind a “If you are an American citizen, click cancel right now and do not ever try to read further” wall.
What it seems to do is make the risk go both ways, so maybe Americans will have to actually… you know, click cancel ^^
Unfortunately we never added the “or have an Israeli passport” part to that standard disclaimer…

MyLittleFashy (mylittlefashy@poa.st)'s status on Wednesday, 29-Mar-2023 02:05:47 JST MyLittleFashy @LouisConde Ok, on second reading, I see where they are going, and … err… that’s some Trump admin shit that just took long to cook, it has all the smells of a Republican piece of legislation.
It’s basically formalizing the sanctions they have already put in place on export of sensitive technology, so that they don’t have to do a special appeal to individual corporations and custom export control rulesets (that are a joke to run around).
On paper of course it’s about muh china, but I know exactly who is targeted as an end-game, surprise it’s got nothing to do with china, this is your classical US “we love free trade and international competition, except when we lose” regulation, and it’s designed to fuck with Airbus first and foremost, or at the very least, give leverage over Airbus, and through it over the German and French governments in case they get uppity.
