Started adding garam masala and/or curry powder to my stir fry, along with chili flakes/oyster sauce/soy sauce/rice vinegar. Absolute game changer.
My food is seasoned enough to kill your average angloid.-

@CrackSmokerHD yeah I dump that shit right into my wok basically just before I add the noodles and mix it all together.
I cook the meat first, put it to the side and then cook the veggies. Recombining at the end. -

When you add the spices, I'm assuming you mean you add it to the meat and vegetables and then add the sauce after. That's what I do. -
