Started adding garam masala and/or curry powder to my stir fry, along with chili flakes/oyster sauce/soy sauce/rice vinegar. Absolute game changer.
My food is seasoned enough to kill your average angloid.

@CrackSmokerHD yeah I dump that shit right into my wok basically just before I add the noodles and mix it all together.
I cook the meat first, put it to the side and then cook the veggies. Recombining at the end.

When you add the spices, I'm assuming you mean you add it to the meat and vegetables and then add the sauce after. That's what I do.

Oyster sauce is very underrated.
