I'm making some adjustments to my FontConfig language bindings, striving to make them a bit more reliable.

Restricted some enum decoding to 8bits hoping that makes the language bindings more reliable. Which is a problem I've been having!

I haven't tested this yet, but at the very least it shouldn't break anything!

And I think I have a theory as to how to address the heisenbug I've been facing... Will do more dev on this tomorrow!
