Being found not guilty by reason of insanity is so much worse than just being found guilty. It's not like the movies at all. You aren't handed a "get out of jail free" card, just an all-expenses paid lifetime stay at Casa de Cuckoo. VIPPER :verifiedbulgaria-web: likes this. -

Chris-chan was never convicted of anything. He just sat in pretrial detainment for a couple years while his lawyer purposefully stalled the court and eventually the state was like "This is a waste of money, plus he'd walk from time served anyway." and dismissed the charges. † top dog :pedomustdie: likes this. -
