Matthew Garrett (mjg59@nondeterministic.computer)'s status on Wednesday, 11-Dec-2024 06:50:34 JST Matthew Garrett Hmm I don't think it'd be /too/ ugly to add a prefer-fuse argument to the udisks mount API which would then synthesise an additional foo-fuse filesystem request to libmount, resulting in fuse being used in preference for automounting if present and falling back to the kernel driver if not. This would allow security-conscious environments to ship fuse implementations of filesystems and have everything Just Work.
