   Every fascist state had public Healthcare. Every single one. It worked just fine. It also obviously had private Healthcare as well. England /canada are dead wrong with strictly public hc. It doesn't work. But the system Pinochet put in Chile still works fine. I know you Americans have a different viewpoint on things and good arguments for it but im just saying, a mixed option system works perfectly fine.

     @dcc I never said free. I said. All fascist states had a public Healthcare system and private Healthcare available as well and it worked fine and it still does wherever it still exists.
