     SDAM is characterized by the inability to vividly recollect or re-experience personal past events. While those affected can retain general knowledge, the emotional and sensory aspects of their memories remain elusive.

     I was shocked to find that this condition perfectly described my lifelong experience, a revelation that felt both liberating and bewildering. As I delved deeper into Aphantasia, I stumbled upon another condition, Severely Deficient Autobiographical Memory (SDAM).
