     If you wanna castrate or mutilate yourself of have somebody do that to you, I guess that's fine. I support freedom. But don't call that a medical decision 😂 That's just lunacy.

     @xianc78 I see. Well if castration is a treatment to a physical condition then it should be allowed ofc. But castration or mutilation for cosmetic or mental reasons isn’t proper medical treatment.
