     Assassinations aren't good for society in general and indicate structural issues.
     
     You don't prevent assassinations by moralizing, you prevent assassinations by preventing the creation of assassins. You accomplish this most efficiently by eliminating motives for assassins.
     
     Moralizing about something that happens to randos constantly bc its targeted makes less sense to me. Laken Riley's death is infinitely more tragic to me.
