oh, oh no, we are beyond that. Now he owes me pain and suffering and general good business practice. Since I work b2b he can't hide behind consumer regulations either because he's a "sophisticated investor". Time for the the white man to get his.

I NEED FEDI ADVICE.
So i have been complaining about a property manger who has been arguing with me over like $1200. I offered them a settlement for $700 - they just paid me $500.
What do you guys think? Should i become a problem and try to cost them as much money as possible or should i let it slide?
Business is slow right now and tbh, I am cranky and want to take out all my negativity on someone.
PS its a jew property owner (literally)
Do i have your permission to go full jew mode? someone needs to be my voice of reason.
