     That's why i said pretend rights.
     
     Even with row v wade over turned, it's still a state level decision. I don't think there was actually any affect on abortion accessibility...
     
     edit: I was wrong, it is now illegal in these states:
     
     however, it is still legal if it poses a legitimate medical threat to the mother.
