     @Moto_Chagatai maybe its a thing where HIV positive people can only transplant to other HIV positives or as a last resort cause otherwise this is the worst kind of idea.

     @Moto_Chagatai I remember having a conversation with someone that the reason gay people were not allowed to donate blood was statistics showing how risky that is and how false negative rates work. Not some political agenda that needed to be surmounted. They didn't get it. And here we are.
