   The NYT vs. OpenAI court case found that OpenAI deliberately deleted vital evidence, such as proof of unauthorized AI training on data. OpenAI is also telling courts that it doesn’t have backup for deleted data and calling it a technical glitch 😂 are you kidding me? This is not the first time Sama lied and deleted the key evidence. If an average guy does something like this, they will be jailed immediately.      In May, book authors, including Sarah Silverman and Paul Tremblay, told a US district court in California that OpenAI admitted to deleting the controversial AI training data sets at issue in that litigation. Additionally, OpenAI admitted that "witnesses knowledgeable about the creation of these datasets have apparently left the company," authors' court filing said.

     OpenAI is acting up like a criminal enterprise. Stealing. Lying. Deleting evidence. You just name it. 😂

     These shady practices and criminal activities by OpenAI remind me of how Cryptocurrency companies act. This seems to be a common practice between AI and Cryptocurrency companies. They cheat, lie, hide/delete evidence, and eventually get caught up in their own web of lies. It is now a matter of time before financial fraud comes out or some environmental damage caused by these idiots.

     If you spend some time studying the history of scams, clear patterns emerge. Both cryptocurrency and AI biz fit those patterns perfectly.
