Why is software created using taxpayers’ money not released as #FreeSoftware under a #FOSS licence? If it is public money, it should be public code as well!

  @fsfe Just depends on the scope of application. You wouldn't expect that of military related software would you? How about PLC code at the core running the various utility grids?
