   @sandycorzeta @thea You can tweak it to make gravy. Speaking of adding vegetables, I used bitter melon and tempe (cooked, not fresh) for sandwiches yesterday because I ran out of rice. My Javanese ass thought it's abominable at first, but it's actually very good
