   Like, I want the user behind a note, spec says there should be an attributedTo string in notes, barely any fucking do so I resort to the next best thing, the actor string (which the spec doesn't mention in regards to notes(?)), everyone implements it as a string but the activitystreams shit isn't clear on its form. So the actor is a URI for a user right? Some people (puckipedia (remember from apotheosis?)) just make it the URL for the site, no user!
   
   I hope I'm just being an idiot who lacks the reading comprehension required for w3's documentation.
