met my first grumpy lady at work today
wasn't a full-on karen, just an old lady who got screwed over by faulty merchandise

also not gonna lie, who the fuck ever said anything about retail being "bad"
like, yeah i can imagine the horror stories people have told about it and all the bad experiences, but i'm LITERALLY standing and doing nothing for roughly 8 hours

which the old lady asked for the manager directly, so didn't even need to deal with her directly

@ryuuji or too much anyway, she ended up buying a soda and i asked her, "you wanna buy that?" when i meant something like if that's her choice of drink she picked, so she decided to sass me by saying, "yeah, what else am i gonna do with it?"
she be grumpy, which is understandable
