   for those of you who haven't been keeping up, for the past 9 days i've been converting to autoandrophilia. being an agp is honestly TIRED. its out of season! im ready to explore new waters.
   
   to this end ive been pinching myself whenever i have an agp thought (going sh*pping 🤢 , booting l*nux 🤢, taking a h*manities course 🤢). and whenever i have an aap thought (going to the gym 😍, eating protein shakes 😍, driving a car 😍), i snack on a yummy m&m.
   
   im happy to report agp tendencies are down 50% so far. moidmaxxing is going GREAT.
   
   but as a side effect, i now find the naked male torso incredibly erotic! fedi what do i do????

     @anathema TL;DR: OP is trying to transition from autogynephilia (AGP) to autoandrophilia (AAP) using a reward/punishment system. It's working, but now OP is experiencing unexpected attraction to naked male torsos.
