   @NotImportant Rub some olive oil or butter on top to and season with salt and pepper. Put stuffing (lots of good recipes out there, just make sure to make it with water to keep it moist when it goes in) in and use aluminum foil to cover the turkey so it doesn't dry out (don't let the foil touch the turkey).
