   i'm this close to moving all our todo/issue mgmt to linear (the app) because the ux seems to be the best of what i've tried in the last days, but i have tummy aches about it because it's closed source and not self hostable and could be purchased by microsoft at any time. argh

     @mntmn I like todolist as my todo app, but closed source, and also I tried it for software management once and it's not designed for it :(...

     @mntmn I use one business critical SaaS tool, because it solved my problem right away, I don’t have time to build something myself and FOSS alternatives lacked functionality. Luckily it exports to json. I wouldn’t have considered it if I couldn’t retrieve my data easily. Is that a trade off you could make with linear? I don’t know the tool, so I’m not aware of its data export features.
