My thesaurus doesn't show "competitive environment" as being synonymous with "regional monopoly."
Comcast had a data cap in my old town where they were the only game in town.
In my current city where there is actual competition from multiple fiber providers, they don't enforce a data cap on their plans. Wonder why?
