for the next like, month and a week or two we are going to be aggressively requesting donations and shilling donation links, merch links etc because almost all of the most important and expensive bills come out between December 12 and 21. this is the majority of our operating cost (and why the meter went up from 2-3k because we used to spread this out, but the cost of everything has been going up.

a lot of you are strapped, but if any of you get christmas bonuses or anything you're not using, consider a larger contribution to poast. in the coming year, we should be able to lower the monthly funding goal again, but as it stands we will need to put forward about 17k USD (15k hopefully) by end of year to cover transit, rack, colocation, power, bandwidth and rental fees.
