     No, or maybe, idk, maybe Halo can tell us, but what I'm talking about is the concept of taxing money you don't have because you hold a thing that went up in value. In example, you bought a stock at 100 dollars, tomorrow the price of the stock goes up 120 dollars, but you don't sell. The 20 dollars that you "gained" is an unrealized gain because you haven't sold the stock. Naturally, you don't have the fuckin money because you didn't sell the thing, but the government wants to tax you for it anyway.
