     There were actually a lot of songs about tapping jailbait back in the 1970s. Both Ted Nugent and Motorhead literally had songs called "Jailbait" and ZZ Top's song Francine is about being in love with a girl who "just turned 13". Of course, that type of thing was far more socially acceptable back then.
