     the only real issue is occasional downtime but that depends on the servers. i notice u.s. go down more but the luxemburg servers have actually been pretty consistant in staying up lately, great uptime. though they only allow loli on u.s. servers, they're super leniant towards stuff and will actualyl work with you on complaints rather than immediately taking it down like other providers would be, so as long as your actually moderating your shit like, lol its not an issue.
