Current goal today.
Get as close to 500 lbs on the leg press and if not today within two weeks (easy). End of year goal 600 lbs leg press.
Can't do squats rn because my lower back started feeling weak again (injury).
Need to find a gym with a roman chair, and do backextensions literally everyday until back stops hurting.
Once back to normal my goal is 300 lbs squat which I think is realistic.
