     Bag of Chocolate chips
     Bag of butterscotch chips
     Bag of dry Chow Mein noodles
     
     Melt chocolate and butterscotch chips in a double boiler, stir in noodles, coat thoroughly, spoon onto parchment paper and let dry. Simple as.
