For those who don't know, Salatin's the author of Everything I Want To Do Is Illegal. It covers the regulatory nightmare set up by the FDA, and how it cripples local production while facilitating global monoliths who have tainted the food supply. Luke Smith covered the book a few years ago. Perhaps there's a non-zero chance we get an American food supply that isn't goyslopped!
