   I've come to the conclusion that I don't like RPGs anymore. :thinkinghrr: It's weird, I liked them before.
   
   I think it's because of the time investment needed more than anything.
   
   Like if I could just read a book about some RPG system, I would totally do it and enjoy it, it's basically what I am doing most of the time.
   At most I want to see character artworks to see how my imagination is different from what is "official". Maybe a video with official voice actors and the characters being animated wouldn't be bad either.
   
   But me going through 70-80 hours of story? Nah...
   I so much more prefer roleplaying myself in a TTRPG or just reading.
   
   I'm getting old. 👴

     Depends really, the western garbage is still garbage. People like shit like "He Who Fights Monsters", and the only thing I can think of is how fast we could kill the author and his character and end our suffering. :wat:

     @Immahnoob There's just something supremely stupid about litrpgs with male human MCs. Authors can't seem to go 5 sentences without self inserting. It's generally a lot better if the male MC is some kind of fantasy race or even a monster.

     Like how He Who Fights Monsters is unaware. And how the fans of this garbage are unaware. The man's a complete psychopath leftist and somehow other characters like THIS character.
     
     For example, I was honestly pleasantly impressed with Defiance of the Fall, as retarded as the title might sound. It's not like some 10/10, but I'd give it a 7 or even 8 out of 10 for what it wants to be.
