I guess this is kind of the issue with a lot of alt software / services. Communities are like "if you don't like it, just learn programming and fix it" like that's somehow a reasonable request. Or they think that bad UI or missing features give it character.
Linux is rly bad for this though it has improved. Firefox. And yeah, Fedi / Masto / etc too.
I want to like #Firefox, I really do. But at least on mobile, the app is pretty crap. And the attitude of some of the org / community is a huge turn off.
So yeah, I guess time to ditch it for something less buggy. Yay.
(Biggest irks: 4 years of an unaddressed "download failed" error, sneaking in AI and data collection.)
