     @icedquinn To the universe, no but also yes, in as much as your attitude informs your perception of said universe, thereby altering it for the part that processes it, meaning that it may as well have been altered, as far as your perception goes. Not even the most giga of giga autists is actually 100% detached and objective at all times, and therefore cannot escape how attitude informs perception informs reality.
     
     Not everyone has this understanding or would phrase it like that, but it is generally what they mean.
