     I don't buy that gamers "let" this happen. Consoomers in general are passive and go along with more than they should, but gamers did more than anyone else to push back against this bullshit. It just doesn't mean a whole lot because of how fake the economy is, and how insulated it is from consoomer demand.

     Blaming consoomers for wokeshit in vidya is like blaming voters for open borders. Voters have consistently opposed open borders and just kept getting vetoed by judges, politicians, and bureaucrats until there's enough generations of anchor babies to massively dilute the American electorate. Maybe the public hasn't been vigilant enough, but the people on the front lines shitting everything up are the real problem.

     Gamers can only select what they buy and even then only if they have enough information. Despite the squeaky wheels on both sides, most gamers just want to play games and don’t care about politics or can ignore it to a certain level. I think the big studios don’t understand they’ve passed that point by a lot
