This PC repair video has a motherboard with a weird bit of damage: a zero ohm resistor has failed open (and some bios damage).
No visible damage, it didn't go boom like an ad-hoc fuse, it just... failed. Huh.

  @foone I have also run into mysteriously open 0-ohm resistors before, same situation. My vague theory on it is that there was a welding failure between the foil and the end metallization.
