     @deprecated_ii If they can't read a tape measure, how did they get past the initial interview? Gatekeeper hands applicant tape measure and a pencil. "Mark this 2X4 at four foot three and three eighths". If they tilt their head like a dog, they don't get to see the boss. Simple. hUmAn rEsOuRcE departments are the greatest clusterfuck ever conceived.

     @deprecated_ii I often wonder just how good young men would be if they just hired them at 15 and ramped pay upwards. Really ramped it up, too, with some metrics under their control
