     "No child left behind" means nobody moves forward. Fuck that. Leftists want smaller classrooms, and more one on one time with sPeCiaL students. If going on field trips to the zoo on a short bus is what pEopLe oF CoLoR need, they can have it.
     
     Meanwhile, the White kids will be in classes with up to 30 students. The horror. With a teacher that's all serious. The tests won't be anywhere near as easy. Yeah, that'll show 'em!!
