     Well, for women some traits are:
     
     - seeks internal validation from male sexual attention
     - vengefullness
     - using emotional manipulation, ect
     
     
     Idk for men as much because i don't have intimate relationships with men. But for work, taking pride in your work is one thing if you don't have it, we fire those people immediately.

     This is actually my criterea for hiring painters:
     
     - if they spill do they clean it up
     - do they clean the brush if they drop it in paint
     - can they wash a brush out for 10 minutes at the end of the day
     
     literally 80% of people can't do those 3 things.
