@TheMadPirate The reality is that most of the modern world order is parasitic on the American empire, and is dependent on the US in some way, be it needing US markets, relying on the US for military defense, foreign aid, etc. and while there might be some inconveniences for the US pulling back, the US would be able to handle itself and stand on its own far better than most anyone else.
