     @matty @Hoss The real problem is they think eating salads and doing abdominal exercises in a circuit style is what they have to do.
     
     When in reality you can still eat the foods you like. Just make it at home.
     
     Instead of McDonald's burger that's 10% beef 20% foot lettuce and 80% mystery
     
     just make burger and bread at home with 80% beef 10% onion and then your homemade bun.
     
     
     There's also the fact that most food people eat isn't satiating, you get hungry again fast.
