     braggs aminos taste just like it. avoid all the estrogen in tamari.
     unfortunately, braggs just got bought by some jew conglomerate and their quality has decreased as per usual jewery.

     i add a tbsp of minced ginger, dash of parsley flakes, dash of tamari, bit of wasabi paste and some white pepper.
