     @Immahnoob Halo Mythic, a fan made Halo TTRPG.
     Admittedly I'm running a Blue Archive themed campaign with an expansion book I commissioned from the main dev that focuses on modern weaponry.
     
     Top roll is to hit, second roll is damage. The damage exceeds a standard mob's max HP by at least 10 I believe. I forget the exact weapon, but I do know it is a 40mm grenade launcher and the character used a slug round.
