@rlier23 I don't think any tactical element would fix the situation. What can they do other than big picture shifts like understanding america's isolationist populism would do nothing to stop the washington machine's entry into war? The fact that all their humanitarian, genteel posturing towards the british would be worth nothing at all?
It would have to be big game changers like destroying the panama interlocks early, unrestricted sub warfare, unhinged war crimes-ism to even put a dent in the track of history once they're committed to war to even make a real big change.
